Andy arrived at KODE in the summer of 2003. Before working at KODE, Andy worked in radio both in Joplin and Pittsburg. He hosted his own sports talk show on 1340 AM in Pittsburg and also did play-by-play for high schools throughout southeast Kansas. Andy also served as sideline reporter for the Missouri Southern football radio broadcasts as well as color commentator for MSSU basketball games. Andy came to Joplin in the fall of 1997 and attended college at MSSU. Andy moved from the Sports Director position to the Main Anchor position at KODE in May of 2017.
When not working, Andy enjoys spending time with his lovely wife Valerie and their daughter Lucy. You can also find him on the golf course hacking his way around.
