Jason Derulo is an American singer, songwriter and dancer. He has gained popularity ever since the start of his solo recording career in 2009. Derulo has sold over 30 million singles and has achieved eleven Platinum singles. These singles include Wiggle, Talk Dirty and Whatcha Say. He first produced records for several artists and writing songs for Cash Money Records whose co-founder is Birdman.
He had also worked for Young Money Entertainment which was owned by Lil Wayne and rapper Diddy. Jason had also signed to minor record label Beluga Heights where he left and became part of Warner Music Group in 2009. Derulo began singing at an early age. Derulo also spent six weeks promoting the album by making appearances as one of the opening acts for Lady Gaga’s 2009-2010 The Monster Ball Tour.
Since then Derulo’s music has become one of the best sensations globally. Derulo’s music entails pop and also incorporates R&B and hip hop influences. He has also predominantly named Michael Jackson as his inspiration since he was 4 years old. He is a well-recognized pop music artist who has topped the Billboard Charts of the US with the latest hits.

Sofia Reyes Reunites With Jason Derulo at MTV EMAs 2018!
Sofia Reyes and Jason Derulo reunited at the 2018 MTV EMAs!
The duo, who worked on Sofia‘s song “1, 2, 3″ together, hit the red carpet on Sunday (November 4) at the Bilbao Exhibition Centre in Bilbao, Spain.
Before they walked the carpet, Sofia performed the song during the event’s pre-show. Jason will perform his song “Goodbye” during the main show.
Sofia is up for Best Latin America North Act while Jason is nominated for Best World Stage.
Other event attendees included award presenter Jourdan Dunn.

Sofía Reyes Premieres “1,2,3” Feat. Jason Derulo and De La Ghetto
Well, teamwork makes the dream work!
Just ask Sofía Reyes, who premiered “1,2,3” and it’s featuring Jason Derulo and De La Ghetto.
“”1,2,3′ is a very special song for me. I wrote it with three of my best friends and then had the opportunity to collaborate with De La Ghetto and Jason which is a dream,” the 22-year-old singer says to E! News. “I am very thankful to God and to the team that made this possible. I believe immensely in this song because I feel it includes everything: A mix of English and Spanish, pop and urban beats and the lyrics are fun, smart and catchy. The video is entertaining and colorful, and I am very happy with the result and can’t wait to share this with you!”
Derulo surprises fans by singing several parts in Spanish.
”Sofia is a sweetheart, she is a real professional and I loved working with her and her team. I am excited as I feel like this song is going to take over the world,” the “Swalla” singer says in a statement.
“I am very happy to have been part of ‘1,2,3’ with the talented Sofia Reyes and Jason Derulo. It is one of those unique experiences you enjoy thoroughly. The interaction between the three of us and the exchange of ideas between Latinos and non-Latino turned out in a very organic way. The video was also shot by the incredible Mike Ho who is one of the Music directors of the moment and will amaze everyone,” says De La Ghetto.
Sofia wrote the song with Jason Derulo, De La Ghetto, Nicole Zignago, Ricky Montaner, Jon Leone and Charlie Guerrero.
