Jonathan Lipnicki Career
Lipnicki made his film debut in Jerry Maguire playing the son of Renée Zellweger’s character. Lipnicki subsequently appeared on The Single Guy, The Jeff Foxworthy Show and also in episodes of Dawson’s Creek and the 1997 sitcom Meego. He starred in the 1999 film Stuart Little, playing a boy whose family adopts a talking mouse, a role he reprised in the film’s 2002 sequel. Lipnicki also played the lead, Tony Thompson, in the 2000 film The Little Vampire and starred alongside Bow Wow in the 2002 film Like Mike, which was released two weeks before Stuart Little 2. ‘
The latter films did relatively well in theaters and Lipnicki has been recognised among pre-teen audiences, although he has not appeared in a widely released film since, focusing mostly on independent films. He has also appeared in the season preview of Jamie Kennedy’s Blowin’ Up and When Zachary Beaver Came to Town. Lipnicki appeared on the comedy Motherlover on the YOMYOMF Network.

Currently, Lipnicki trains in Mixed martial arts styles, but when asked whether he planned to ever fight professionally, he replied, he had been pretty busy filming and he wanted to put a certain ammount of time to train for a fight and be in a cardio shape and also work on his striking more. He has been a speaker for the Breast Cancer Research Foundation and is actively involved with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, the Starlight Children Foundation and the NBA’s Read to Achieve program. The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation named Lipnicki one of its “Heroes of 2001” when he was 10 years old, for his work with the organization. In addition, Lipnicki has been an international spokesperson for Pediatric Chiropractic and Kids Day America/International and works with animal rights groups like Pets and their Stars and the Nutz for Mutts group.
