She is a producer, known for His Name Is Ron, Access Hollywood in 1996 and Crime Watch Daily in 2015. Since 2006, she is the executive director of the Santa Clarita Valley Youth Project in Santa Clarita, California.

Kim has appeared on various TV newsmagazine programs, including FOX News and MSNBC. She has also run her own podcast called Broadcast.

Goldman left it to work at a non-profit after doing TV work for a while. For over ten years, she has worked for over ten years with organizations such as Pallotta TeamWorks, Cure Autism Now, today is known as Autism Speaks, and Best Buddies California.
