Paul Wahlberg is an American chef, actor and a reality TV star. Chef Paul Wahlberg in partnership with two of his brothers, actors Donnie and Mark are the owners of Wahlburgers, a casual dining burger restaurant, and bar.

Born in Dorchester, MA, Paul is the fifth of the nine Wahlberg children, and the first of the siblings to graduate from high school. A role model to younger brothers Donnie and Mark, he spent much of his time growing up helping his mother in the kitchen.

At age 16, he began working as a caterer while in high school washing dishes in his friend’s family restaurant. After graduating, he spent time in several kitchens around Boston including The Charles Hotel, The Four Seasons and Bridgeman’s in Hull, MA where he served as Executive Chef for nine years.
Following nine years at Bridgeman’s, he is thrilled to be embarking on his first solo venture with Alma Nove. The restaurant’s Italian/Mediterranean menu includes Signature dishes such as Braised Pork Meatballs with polenta, Sauteed Prince Edward Island Mussels, Tagliatelli with Short Ribs, as well as Pan-Seared Halibut and Wood-Grilled Sirloin steak.
