In 2008 she began a worship school called DIVE (Deep Innovative Vertical Expression). The School trains and encourages upcoming worship leaders all over the world with intensive one on one courses. In 2013, she released her first book called “Finding Eve”. She has released eleven studio albums like; Love Covers, All I Have, Created to Worship. She started writing music for the church as part of the Vineyard Movement in the late 1980’s into the 90’s.
Rita’s music career started in 1995 with the first studio album being “Love Covers” with producer Craig Musseau. Since then she has since released ten more studio albums. The lead worshiper later signed with an independent record label called Floodgate Records. She recorded her first live release at the Anaheim Vineyard under Floodgate Records. She went on and recorded numerous other projects with Floodgate, including All I Have, Effortless, I Have To Believe, Rise Up and Worth it All.
